法院对此判决支持，认为4PDA网站违反了淘宝公司的商标权，侵犯了淘宝公司的商誉权。法院认为，4PDA网站的行为构成了商业贿赂行为，侵犯了淘宝公司的商业秘密权。法院强烈谴责了该行为，判处其关闭该网站，并向淘宝公司支付10万元给淘宝公司作为损失赔偿金。
